Wizards get: $2500 cash Walter Berry 98, 99, 00 1st Round Picks (all worthless so inconsequential as regards trade value)
Mavs get: Isiah Thomas Al Thornton
And the Mavs GM is experienced so can't really protest the trade.
Good for the Wiz if it gets processed tho'....#steal

Yeah I think this a horrendous trade for the wizards too lol. He's giving away a hall of fame pg for 2500 cash. Carter is a good gm, those picks will be worthless.

And on a side note, what's the cash price of a good #1 pick in this league typically? (Honest question, not being sarcastic)

I think cash value wise it's probably pretty accurate, but at the end of the day it is still just cash and having a ton of it with no one to develop means nothing lol. If the wiz had another couple young guys he needed to camp I'd understand but he doesn't.
It's a young isaiah Thomas... Move Anderson to sg or something, or if he has to go, trade isaiah for someone who can help you now. The east is brutal every year, and this trade isn't helping right now at all nor in the future. All he's got is rodja, who's OK, but nothing special, and a ton of big contracts...

He should have kept Isiah and let him develope behind Kenny....just think if it were you, would you trade a future all star before you have ever seen him play for cash and worthless picks?

I really don't get why he did that.
I messaged him to try and have something around Hondo and Isiah. I didn't even get a reply. No idea why.

If I were in the same position, I'd consider it with the amount of money involved but I get what you're saying about getting by with Kenny and give Isiah a chance to develop. Having said that, I would have drafted Havlicek in his situation instead of Isiah.
