I think the 9ers are better, both better talent and better coaching, but I'm wondering if Kaepernick will perform on the big stage.

Thanks to the Niners and Ravens, won me both the spread and parlay. What a story if Kaepernick can win the Superbowl.. If the Ravens win dunno what Ray Lewis would do though so its gonna be fun to watch the HarBowl..

I don't have a huge preference over who wins the Super Bowl. I am excited to see which former Vikings player from the 1998 draft will win their first championship ring. Will it be Randy Moss or Matt Birk? Of course it would have been nice for them to already have one from their rookie season (damn Falcons).

I didn't forget about McKinnie, I was just referring to guys from the '98 draft class. Moss was obviously the Vikes 1st round selection, but they also drafted Birk that year in the 6th round. I talked about McKinnie in the Miami Hurricanes thread. I'm not a fan of him or his record label (I think it's called something like 'Turnstile Records' or 'Holding #78 Records').

Obviously I knew that Moss was '98 because his rookie year is when the Vikes blew up and shoulda won the SB if not for Green choking against the Dirty Birds in the NFCC, leading to my boy Gary Anderson missing the only FG all season. I wanted that piece of shit cut for years. Mount Thug is a perfect name for him.

The only thing I'm not going to like about this Super Bowl is how many times you're going to hear about the fact that both head coaches are brothers.
I can only imagine how many times CBS is going to cut to their parents whenever something (good or bad) happens to either team. It's going to get annoying very soon.

I never thought about that, but I like Jim so I don't mind too much. It may get old though. But in the end, you don't have to worry about it too much. They'll be so busy sucking Slasher Boy off that the Harbaugh's will be an after-thought.

its crazy how the NFC West was soooo bad for sooooo long but every team in the division has played in the super bowl since 2002. (though none have won it)
Rams 2002 Seahawks 2006 Cardinals 2009 49ers 2013
