In an effort to increase camping each team will have $1000 in free cash spending for season. This money must be used all at once, and you cannot use this money on rookie extensions. $1000 must be spent to unlock the free spending. This is to make sure that all $1000 of the free camping money is used.
1-Camps will be $500 for 10 points.
2-You can only camp a player twice in a season.
3-Camps can be split up into any category. So I can camp 10 categories at 1 point, or one category at 10 points.
4-Players can only be camped up to 10 points in any single category in their entire career.
5-No player can be camped above a 90. So if someone posts 10 points to inside on a player with 88, he goes to 90 and the GM loses the other 8. No sympathy. No double checking. And the player gets placed on the camp list as "Inside Camp - Player X (10)" regardless of what was actually spent.
6- You CANNOT double camp a player after the Trade Deadline (Sim 15)
7- You CANNOT camp a player once he turns 30
8- POTENTIAL CAN NEVER BE CAMPED.
EXAMPLE:
Camp $500
Player A
Inside +10
Camp $500
Player B
Inside +10
Total : $1000
Then the "Camp Tracker" will look like this:
1975
Player A (1)
Player B (1)
Player C (1)
Player D (2)
Player E (2)
Above, players A-C can be camped once more, Players D-E can't be camped this year again. End of the year I wipe it clean, and change the date and keep going.
Meanwhile there is the standard cap of 10 per career:
Inside Camp
Player A (10)
Player B (10)
Player C (9)
Player D (4)
Player E (7)
Jumper Camp
Player A (2)
Player B (10)
Player C (10)
Player D (5)
Player E (4)
Three Point Camp
Player A (7)
Player B (3)
Player C (6)
Player D (10)
Player E (2)
This way, a person has to check only the amount he's been camped in a particular category to see if they can camp him.
ROOKIE EXTENSION $600
One extra year at 125% of the previous year. For rookie contracts only.
This camp may only be used in the last year of the deal.
